Send reference photo(s) within 48 hours of purchase to commissions@feltitstudio.com. The photo should show the figures from the waist up or whole body clearly. Optional: Include any text you want embroidered
A digital draft is sent for approval. We can discuss any changes you would like made
Crafting begins once draft is approved
Shipment upon portrait completion
